PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Magdalena is an internationally trained Architect with over 20 years of professional experience gained through working on architectural projects in London, England, Toronto, and Hamilton.

Her experience includes a wide range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including award-winning developments. She has worked closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal staff throughout the design and approval process, coordinating project requirements and helping move projects from concept through construction.

As the founder of Edifice Architects Inc., Magdalena brings international experience together with local knowledge of the Canadian architectural environment to help clients create spaces that are functional, comfortable, and suited to their needs. She works closely with clients throughout the design process to develop solutions that reflect their goals, budget, and vision.

She believes successful architecture brings together functionality, aesthetics, technical knowledge, and an understanding of each project’s context to create buildings that are practical, comfortable, durable, and enhance the way people live and work.

Magdalena is a strategic leader with extensive experience in business development, operations, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. With a career spanning federal government leadership roles and entrepreneurial experience in real estate, she has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Throughout her career, Magdalena has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, implemented performance improvement strategies, managed organizational initiatives, and collaborated with cross-functional partners to achieve operational and business objectives. Her experience as a realtor strengthened her expertise in marketing, client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management, providing a solid foundation for driving business growth and expanding strategic partnerships.

As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Magdalena combines analytical thinking with a people-first leadership style to identify growth opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, and develop marketing strategies that support organizational success. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, enhancing brand visibility, and creating sustainable growth through innovation, strategic communication, and exceptional client experiences.
